Shipping Policy

We only ship to United States & Canada destinations, We don’t ship to other international destinations.

Shipping and Handling Fee: $4.00 per order via USPS Ground, regardless of how much you order.

Standard Shipping Times
We work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. This is generally within 1-2 business days of the order date, usually next business day for in stock items. Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be shipped the next Business day. If an order is going to take longer than 5 business days to process and send, you’ll be notified and given options.
Back-Ordered Items
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than five business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.

Return Policy

Dragon Acupuncture & Herb Center Inc. has a 30-day return policy. We ship out all the packages by USPS First Class. To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
Notify us first of your intent to return and item through e-mail. Be sure to include relevant information such as Product name, Invoice # and reason for return. Our Returns Department will then contact you. Send package back to the address provided. All return shipments are self-funded and will not be reimbursed by us. Please make appropriate shipping method choices accordingly.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or Paypal account, or we may send you a refund check.
