The Irvine Heritage Medical Plaza is on Irvine Center Drive and Endeavor. However, there is no entrance on Irvine Center Dr, to get to Endeavor, you will need to go around either through Sand Canyon Ave. or Laguna Cyn Rd. Endeavor is a new small street, and it is NOT available on Google Map. We provide you the detailed map and directions on this page, we recommend you print it out and bring it with you when you come for your first appointment. You can also get the map from eitherMapQuest, or Yahoo Map.

If you have GPS car navigator but you cannot find 18 Endeavor, please use this alternative address: 113 Waterworks Way, Irvine, CA 92618. Once you arrive at 113 Waterworks Way, you will see Endeavor (by the Irvine Medical Arts medical building).

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Our clinic location is very close to Freeway 5, 405 and 133, so it is very convenient to locate our clinic.

Directions from the North of I-5:

1. Take exit SAND CANYON AVE
2. Turn Right on SAND CANYON AVE
3. Turn Left on WATERWORKS WAY
4. Turn Left on ENDEAVOR. This is the 2nd small street on Waterworks Way. Don’t miss it.
   Irvine Heritage Medical Plaza is at the end of the street.

Directions from the South of I-5:

1. Take exit SAND CANYON AVE
2. Turn Right on SAND CANYON AVE
3. Turn Left on WATERWORKS WAY
