In China, dragons are a sign of great power, associated with strength, health, longevity, harmony, and good fortune. The dragon is the only mythical creature and one of the most powerful and lucky ones in the Chinese zodiac. It is also believed in the zodiac that the dragon epitomizes the yang energy. Those with the dragon as their animal sign are lively people who are full of enthusiasm and have great passion for life.
During Chinese New Year, people always greet each other “Long Ma Jing Shen,” meaning “Wish you as strong and healthy as a dragon and a horse in the new year!”
In Chinese mythology, Fu Xi, the son of the God of Thunder, inherited his father's image, which has a human head and a dragon body; it is believed that he is the founder of Chinese medicine.
I, Dr. Min Shi, and my wife, Dr. Huifang Zhao, were both born in the year of the dragon. We inherited the power, energy, harmony, passion, and fortune from it. Consequently, we named our clinic Dragon Acupuncture & Herb Center, Inc. |

Our Santa Clarita has been opened since 2002.. It is located in the Del Rio Center at the intersection of Soledad Canyon Rd and Bouquet Canyon Rd. On the same side of Chi Chi's Pizza, our neighbors include Avis, Wing Stop, We The People, and U-Wash Doggy.
